4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans: VoiceSurge offers various Subscription Plans with different features and pricing. Users can select a plan that suits their needs.
4.2 Billing and Payments: Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with their chosen Subscription Plan, including any applicable taxes. Payments will be billed in advance or as specified in the Subscription Plan.
4.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscription Plans may automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle, based on the chosen plan's terms, unless the User cancels the plan before the renewal date.
4.4 Cancellation and Refunds: Users can cancel their Subscription Plan at any time, and cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. VoiceSurge does not offer refunds for partial periods.
